2. Service Description

Vaultix is a blockchain-based platform that enables users to:

• Create digital product stores
• Sell digital products (game keys, software licenses, digital content)
• Accept TRX cryptocurrency payments
• Manage inventory and orders
• Withdraw earnings via on-demand or monthly settlements

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Service Fees

Vaultix charges the following fees:

• Transaction Fee: 3% per successful sale
• Network Gas Fees: TRON network fees apply to all blockchain transactions
• Account Creation: Free

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed on the TRON blockchain:

• Customers pay in TRX cryptocurrency
• Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• You are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses
• We are not responsible for transactions sent to incorrect addresses

4.3 Settlements

Sellers can withdraw their earnings:

• On-Demand: Withdraw anytime (subject to minimum amounts)
• Monthly: Automatic monthly settlements to your wallet
• Withdrawals are subject to TRON network gas fees
• Settlement processing may take time depending on network conditions

4.4 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products and blockchain transactions:

• All sales are final once the digital product is delivered
• Refunds are at the sole discretion of individual sellers
• We do not process refunds on behalf of sellers
• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed

5. Seller Obligations

5.1 Product Requirements

As a seller, you must:

• Only sell legitimate digital products you have the right to sell
• Provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Ensure digital products work as described
• Maintain adequate inventory
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

5.2 Prohibited Items

You may NOT sell:

• Stolen, pirated, or counterfeit products
• Products obtained through unauthorized means
• Illegal or prohibited content
• Products that violate intellectual property rights
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Personal information or user data
• Services unrelated to digital products

5.3 Compliance

Sellers must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay applicable taxes on their earnings
• Maintain proper licenses for products they sell
• Not engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities

6. Buyer Obligations

As a buyer, you must:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Only use the platform for legitimate purchases
• Not attempt to reverse or dispute blockchain transactions
• Not engage in fraudulent chargebacks
• Respect seller terms and conditions
• Use purchased products in accordance with applicable licenses

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Rights

Vaultix and its content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or design
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of your digital products and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Display your products on the platform
• Process and deliver your digital products to buyers
• Use product information for analytics and service improvement

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific uptime or performance metrics
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

8.2 Blockchain Risks

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency values are volatile
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Network congestion may delay transactions
• We do not control the TRON blockchain
• Lost private keys cannot be recovered

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaultix shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the fees paid to us in the past 6 months
• Issues arising from third-party services or blockchain networks
• Disputes between buyers and sellers

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaultix from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your products or content
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

Upon termination, pending settlements will be processed according to our standard schedule.

13. Miscellaneous
